Our Health Advisors offer friendly support and advice to improve self confidence and self esteem.  They can also inform you about activities across the borough of Hounslow and walk through ways you can interact more with others.

These include a wide range of activities such as:

 - Creative activities such as art and crafts, knitting, head scarf attire, cooking classes and many more

 - Help with financial advice, applying for a blue badge, advice concerning benefits (including housing benefit).
